Welcome to Owxify. By downloading the desktop app, installing our Android client, purchasing a software license key, or visiting our marketing website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your gym business and DevXSolver.
1. Software License Grant & Hardware Bounds
Upon purchasing a valid license key, DevXSolver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run and operate Owxify under these rules:
- Single-Device Bound: Each active license key is restricted to exactly one designated device (one Windows PC or one Android tablet).
- Verification Limit: The license key binds to your computer's Hardware Signature upon online activation. You may not share the license key with other gyms or register it on multiple devices without purchasing an upgraded multi-device license plan.
2. Permitted Use & System Modifications
Owxify is designed to automate client database storage, check-ins, fee collections, and notifications.
- No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, unpack, crack, patch, or bypass the license key verification routines of the desktop application or the Android client.
- Local Database Access: Advanced users are permitted to run manual custom SQLite queries on their own local database files for reports. However, manual database tampering that breaks the application is outside our standard warranty.
3. Local Data Security & No Liability
Since Owxify is a locally installed offline database application, DevXSolver has no cloud visibility into your systems:
- No Server Database Backup: It is your absolute responsibility to save daily/weekly ZIP database backups using the built-in system tools inside the app.
- Data Loss Disclaimer: DevXSolver is not liable for operational disruptions, loss of business revenues, or structural data loss resulting from hardware failure, operating system crashes, or virus infections on your local equipment.
4. Billing, Auto-Expiration & Renewal Gateways
Owxify license billing plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) require advance payments.
- Expiration: If a license is not renewed before the active expiration date, the app will transition to limited offline mode, locking dashboard statistics until a new key is purchased.
- No Automatic Re-billing: Since we do not save credit card details, license renewal requires manual WhatsApp booking and payment through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer.
5. Custom Support Service Limits
We provide customer support strictly via WhatsApp chat and remote desk viewers (such as AnyDesk) for operational guidance during regular Peshawar office hours. Support covers license resets, initial Excel migrations, and system upgrades.
6. Dispute Resolution & KPK Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this agreement will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Peshawar, KPK, Pakistan.
