1. Complete Offline Data Sovereignty
Owxify is designed from the ground up as a 100% offline-first application. Your member details, registration records, fee transactions, gym check-in statistics, and attendance logs are saved exclusively in a highly secure, local SQLite database on your device (Windows PC or Android tablet).
- Zero Server Uploads: We do not host your member lists or payment ledgers. We have zero access to your gym's operational records.
- Data Ownership: You have absolute, unrestricted ownership and control over your data. If you uninstall the app or delete your files, the data is completely removed.
2. License Activation & Anti-Abuse Logging
To enable premium features and prevent license key duplication, Owxify performs automatic digital license checks. During these minimal processes, our servers record:
- Your purchased License Key.
- A unique Hardware ID representing the authorized machine.
- Basic network information (IP address, operating system version, and activation time).
This logging is strictly restricted to license security and validity, and is never shared with third parties.
3. WhatsApp Automation & Message Delivery
Owxify supports automated fee receipts and member alerts via WhatsApp.
- Direct Routing: All WhatsApp interactions are initiated locally from your computer or phone using web automation APIs.
- No Middleman: Your client phone numbers and message templates are sent directly through official channels to WhatsApp servers. No client records or messaging data are sent to DevXSolver servers.
4. Data Security & Local Backup Files
Because your database resides locally, securing the device is your responsibility.
- Local Backups: The backup files generated by the app (located under the local SQLite system directory) contain complete exports of your operational database. We strongly advise saving these backups to secure external storage drives.
- No Cloud Recovery: If your local device is physically damaged or stolen, and you do not have a recent backup file, DevXSolver cannot restore your data, as we do not keep copies of your database.
5. Your Rights & Regulatory Compliance
Since we do not collect your personal gym member records, we cannot delete, edit, or share them. You are solely responsible for compliance with provincial and national consumer privacy regulations (including data privacy guidelines inside Pakistan) for the client information stored on your local systems.
