By accessing and using Owxify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Owxify provides a cloud-based gym management platform that includes:

  • Member management and tracking
  • Payment processing and billing
  • Attendance tracking
  • WhatsApp communication tools
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Website creation and hosting

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Trial Period: New users receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Billing: After the trial period, you will be charged the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan. Payments are processed automatically on your billing date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit spam or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Owxify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Owxify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
